Cancer does not stay in remission with a vegetarian diet

It's obvious that this author did not read the entire story of Aajonus Vonderplanitz. When Aajonus was 20, he put his cancer into remission using a vegetarian diet. He thought that was the answer. He then spent the next 5 years studying nutrition around the country and promoting vegetarianism.
However, at 25, his cancer came back stronger than ever (as multiple myeloma bone and blood cancer) and there was nothing the doctors could do for him. It's only then that he discovered the Primal Diet by chance.
That was almost 40 years ago.
The Primal Diet is the main health protocol that has put various health issues I had into remission. It's hard to believe but I've overcome liver cancer, liver hepatitis, ulcerative colitis, Candida, and it's been like that for the last 2 years.
In response to some other comments, Aajonus' lectures are free. His 5 hour workshop costs only $40-80. He private consults cost $350 and last over an hour. Considering he travels to various cities and has to pay for hotel and flight, this seems cheap to me.
To the other guy, I don't recommend eating all raw foods if it means excluding your friends. Am I the only one that thinks for himself? On weekends I often eat 1-2 meals with my friends and family. Does it hurt my detox? Slightly, but social life is important also. Also, using Weston A Price foundation principles, it is possible to prepare meals in non-damaging ways.
Second, you should not bloat on this diet. There are several reasons for bloating, but I'm guessing it would either be from parasites (resolved by a parasite cleanse like www.humaworm.com) or from mercury (from black/silver fillings or from eating fish). I have a friend who ate tuna every second day, this gave him mercury poisoning and caused Candida, which causes bloating among other things. But like I said, there can be many causes of bloating.
I've known many vegans that had parasites (to their surprise), it's not a raw meat problem. As a matter of fact, MOST people in North America have parasites, mostly because of heavy metals and chemical toxicity. The chemicals and heavy metals not only kill your immune system to let parasites into your body, they also let them travel to places they can't normally go. They can be a problem for anyone.
For more knowledge on longevity, I recommend people read the teachings of Weston A Price. In his studies around the world, not a single long lived culture was vegan. And he found several cultures where people lived 100 years AVERAGE on their ancestral diets.
If you look at the traditions of our ancestors, often when young couples tried to conceive or when women were pregnant, the tribes would give them many of these raw animal foods, because they are the most nourishing.
The Primal Diet may not be for everyone, but Mercola (www.mercola.com) believes that 2/3 of people should eat this way, and 1/3 fits into your category of high carb eaters.
I'm not sure what the author means by negative karma, I've never been healthier, happier, or calmer in my life. I feel... happy. The law of the land says we have to kill something to survive, you are killing plants. What if we found out one day plants were sentient, could communicate, and had feelings?
I agree, vegetarianism is good in that you're not eating processed or fast foods, that alone will give you many health benefits.
However, vegetarianism doesn't hold up for many reasons for me. First and foremost, I've seen the Primal Diet help people heal everything from cancer to MS. It's a healing diet.
Also, no vegan has ever lived past 100 year old. And MANY die at 60. This alone says a lot.
Also, almost all famous vegans later change their stance later in life. For example, Ghandi tried for 30 years to exclude animal products from his diet and couldn't do it. At the end he proclaims that "It would appear as if man is really unable to sustain life without either meat or milk and milk products. Anyone who deceives people in this regard or countenances the fraud is an enemy of India."

This author also posted a video saying milk is bad. I agree, pasteurized milk is bad. However, raw milk from cows that eat green grass is incredibly healthy. I used to have circulation problems and they are now gone because of this. I recommend that you read "The Milk Cure" or "The Milk Diet" from John Porter. Also, the raw milk farmers don't give their cows hormones or antibiotics, did you read anything regarding raw milk before posting this crap? Also, I used raw milk to cure Candida and you're implying it will give me IBS. You're really misinformed here.
I know several people on the Primal Diet and they are some of the kindest and happiest people you could meet. I have yet to meet one that was angry. The idea of the diet is to remove illness, so they're doing something wrong, everyone I know has experienced the exact opposite, despite having very different health challenges. Body odor could be because their elimination channels are not working. It could also be because they are detoxing nasty stuff. No one I knows has BO from the Primal Diet, as a matter of fact I don't even wear deodorant now. In my experience I don't find parasites to be a problem for people on the Primal Diet. But many people have parasite problems as I explained earlier.
One of the authors health protocols is "zapping", which is used to kill parasites, so obviously the author also agrees that parasites are a problem for many people.
The author says that "Consuming raw animal flesh long term is not a health-supporting act." Aajonus has lived the last 50 years (he's 70 now) like this and looks great and is happy and kind and has overcome very extreme health challenges. I'd say it's working.
The author also calls eating "raw animal flesh on the quack "paleo diet"", yet says earlier that it can help people heal from cancer. If it works, how can you call it a quack diet? It's unreal that you contradict yourself in your own article.
Second of all, have you had cancer? Do you know? I had cancer, so I DO know. And veganism wasn't doing it for me. And yes I do know about your other protocols, I've had to review and try many health protocols before finding the Primal Diet.
Concerning your challenge. When I had cancer and other health issues, the first thing I tried was vegetarianism, and it's true that it helped for awhile. Vegetables and fruits are very CLEANSING and I believe this kind of cleansing diet is needed before embarking on the Primal Diet. However, you can only clean for so long and at some point you need to re-build. This diet cleaned my body so I could start my re-building efforts, but I hardly healed from it at all. As much as I respect the vegan way, it was the Primal Diet allowed me to heal.
