Corin trained with David Jubb in the specifics of this cleanse and has done it about 5 times herself and has seen people through it as well. It is a 7-14 day nutritional living food feast on blended LifeFoods that includes one or two gall bladder cleanses where you drink 6-8 oz. of olive oil, and one lighter liver flush with 4 oz. of oil, depending on how long you continue the cleanse and how many flushes you would like to do. This is explained below. Who has gallstones, you ask? Anyone who has eaten cooked foods, fried foods, starches, cooked oils and meats. Does this sound like anything you've done or are doing? Even vegetarians will have a lot of stones because quite a few vegetarians are carbotarians! Cooked carbohydrates like pasta are one of the major building blocks of stones in the body. Even if you are young you will have stones. Antibiotics and birth control pills also contribute to gallstones. Most people have a lot, and the following fast is still a great alkalizing and cleansing experience to do regardless of how many stones you have. THE INTENTIONS: THE PROCESS: This is a live raw food nutritional feast, gall bladder cleanse, and liver detoxification consisting of juices, tonics, blended foods, and supplements along with a few recommended activities to enhance the results of the gall bladder flush. Preparing to Cleanse: The days before your detox you may choose to progressively diminish any of the following substances if currently part of your diet: processed sugars, caffeine, meat, dairy, alcohol, and tobacco. The day before you commence the fast, eat light small vegan dishes and finish the day with a simple green salad. This acts as a bulking agent to clear other foods from the digestive tract. Instructions for Day 1-3, 5-7, and 9-10 and until Noon on the Fourth and Eighth Day: Eating blended apples and freshly juiced apple juice daily is a good idea. Any day that you cannot do this, you can take malic acid (magnesium malate) capsules or extra apple cider vinegar. It is also a good idea to do a few tablespoons of apple cider vinegar daily.
Take the following supplements daily with good quality water, herbal teas, or freshly made raw juices and drinks: So you will be taking most of the above three times per day at the same time. Just put them together on you counter and schedule a time to take together three times per day.
Evening of day four, soak 1 cup of coffee grounds in a gallon of water for the coffee enema part of the gall bladder cleanse the next day. Have everything you need for the flush (gall bladder cleanse) tomorrow, ready and set up beforehand so you can have a restful, prepared day. Days of Flushing or Gall Bladder Cleansing: 4,8,12: Have teas and juices like the previous 3 days, considering that you want to stay as empty as possible for your gall bladder cleanse or liver flush this afternoon. The gallbladder flush is 6-8 oz. of olive oil. The liver flush is 4 oz. A beginner may want to begin their first flush with 4 oz. to get used to the process. If you get hungry, then green superfood powders and electrolyte lemonade and maybe some fruit or sorbet is ok.
At 1:30-2pm, begin your gall bladder cleanse by sipping the prepared oil, have your pure peppermint ginger tea (without sweetener) by you for sipping alternatively between drinks to help you keep the oil down. Breathe deeply, laugh, listen to uplifting music, have a good friend or two around for uplifting support and laughter, and speak words of intention and gratitude while drinking this alchemical gift. Once you have gotten the olive oil down, take 5-10 enzymes (open up the capsules or use powder), and optionally you may also take 1-2 teaspoons of epson salt, found in drug stores, with 8 oz. of water. This is for stubborn stones and is not necessary, especially with your first flush, but worth trying at some point. At 5 pm begin taking around a teaspoon of enzymes every hour and sipping your digestive tea. You may also begin doing whole food antioxidants to help neutralize free radicals. Suggestions would be Goji Berry Tonics like Ninja Red by Young Living or whole food vitamin C tablets. At 7pm you can do Oxy Mag to help push the released stones through the colon. You may also do Epson Salts or castor oil shortly after to make sure a sluggish colon releases the stones. After this you can have some fresh papaya sorbet you have previously made, or a light papaya smoothie for more enzymes. Also you will want to take some probiotic organisms orally as well as use your baby enema syringe to reseed your large intestine with bacteria before you go to sleep for the night. You will probably wake up quite early the next morning and begin releasing stones. Congratulations! You just completed your first gall bladder cleanse! Stay restful and take your supplements as usual the next day. After noon have a green superfood drink with probiotics. Continue with the nutritional fast for another cycle if you choose and do another flush on the eighth day and twelfth day, ending your fast on day 14 with a light salad or bowl of lightly steamed vegetables. Days 13-14 you no longer need to take the Ortho Phos. Electrolyte Lemonade: 2-4 lemons depending on the size,5 Tbsp. of raw coconut oil/butter, a pinch of Himalayan Pink Salt, 2 pears, stevia or raw agave or xylitol sweetener. Fill your blender with water and blend all ingredients on high. Add more sweetener until it is sweet enough for you. Green Drink Idea:Blend a few leaves of kale, 3-4 leaves of dandelion, 1 apple, 1/2 cucumber, handful of parsley, a piece of dulse, 2 Tbls. of olive oil, water or coconut water,and a little unpasteurized miso and pink salt to taste. Other flavorings you could add are cayenne pepper, garlic, and braggs liquid aminos. Make it so you like it! Good Green Juice: In a juicer, juice kale, dandelion, parsley, ginger, green apple, cucumber, and celery. Yum!
Cinnamon-Apple Prune Juice:10 prunes pitted and soaked in vitamin c powder. Drain and put into a blender with 1 apple, cinnamon to taste, 2 cups of water or coconut water. Good enjoyed 2-3 hours before bed.
