Kidney Stone Treatment, Prevention, and Causes...

EASILY and QUICKLY clear your kidney stones with the following information!

What are kidney stones?

A kidney stone is a hard mass that develops in the kidneys when salts and minerals crystallize out of the urine. They can also be caused by an infection in the utinary tract, called a struvite stone, though these are less common. Even less common are uric acid stones and the rare cystine stones. Stones can sometimes form very quickly, within hours and days in a kidney that is not functioning well. Usually though they form over a longer period of time. Most commonly, stones form from a combination of calcium and either oxalate or phosphate crystals.

Source of Phosphate in the Diet:

The western diet is generally extremely high in phosphates due to the heavy amount of phosphate additives now added to processed foods, as well as to overconsumption of protein, especially animal proteins. Animal proteins, including meat and dairy, and grains, nuts, and seeds contain the most phoshphates. Phosphorus from nuts, seeds, and grains is about 50% less bioavailable than phosphorus from other sources. It is also possible to remove much of the phosphates in grains and seeds by soaking first in an acidic water solution for at least 7 hours. It is not however possible to remove it from your meat and dairy. Carbonated Cola drinks are also high in phosphoric acid. Here is a table of the phosphate content of common foods:

Food Serving Phosphorus (mg)
Milk, skim 8 ounces 247
Yogurt, plain nonfat 8 ounces 385
Cheese, mozzarella; part skim 1 ounce 131
Egg 1 large, cooked 104
Beef 3 ounces, cooked* 173
Chicken 3 ounces, cooked* 155
Turkey 3 ounces, cooked* 173
Fish, halibut 3 ounces, cooked* 242
Fish, salmon 3 ounces, cooked* 252
Bread, whole wheat 1 slice 57
Bread, enriched white 1 slice 25
Carbonated cola drink 12 ounces 40
Almonds# 1 ounce (23 nuts) 134
Peanuts# 1 ounce 107
Lentils# 1/2 cup, cooked 178

And another list of high phosphate containing items:

Soft drinks, soda drinks, especially cola or coke and fizzy lemonade
Cordials/fruit syrup beverages
Chocolate, lollies, sweets, candy, sugar
Ice-cream
Skim milk powder (often added to processed foods)
Biscuits, cookies, cakes from the supermarket
Tomato ketchup
Mayonnaise
Fish fingers
Processed cheese, especially soft cheese spread
Frozen pizzas
Hot dogs
Processed meats
Baking powder and self-raising flour often contains phosphate aerator
Avoid all foods that list as an ingredient mineral salts, emulsifiers and lecithin.

Source of Phosphate in the Diet:

Many foods have oxalic acid, however this only becomes a problem when the food is cooked, because ORGANIC oxalic acid is good for us, but cooked, dead, INORGANIC oxalic acid is not. Organic oxalic acid can actually help us absorb calcium and stimulate healthy peristaltic function in our colon. However, inorganic oxalic acid also readily combines with calcium but forms a compound that destroys the good qualities of both calcium and oxalic acid in our bodies. A high concentration of this inorganic compound creates kidney stones when the concentration is high enough to precipitate out of the urine.

These foods are high in oxalate (greater than 10 mg per serving). But remember it is only a problem if they are cooked, (which all beer, coffee, chocolate, and tea usually are):

  • Beans in tomato sauce
  • Beer
  • Beets
  • Blackberries
  • Black and red raspberries
  • Blueberries
  • Celery
  • Chard
  • Chocolate
  • Coffee powder
  • Collards
  • Concord grapes
  • Crackers made from soy flour
  • Currants
  • Dandelion greens
  • Eggplant
  • Escarole
  • Fruit cake
  • Fruit salad (canned)
  • Green bell pepper
  • Grits (white corn)
  • Juices containing berries
  • Kale
  • Leeks
  • Lemon and lime peel
  • Nuts (especially peanuts and pecans)
  • Okra
  • Ovaltine
  • Parsley
  • Pokeweed
  • Rhubarb
  • Rutabagas
  • Spinach
  • Strawberries
  • Summer squash
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Tea
  • Tofu
  • Tomato soup
  • Wheat germ

Okra, other beans, carrots, asparagus, brocolli, parsnips, cola, tomatoes, many fruits, watercress, green pepper, and turnips are all moderately high in oxalic acid, but again, besides the cola, all are safe in normal quantities AS LONG AS THEY ARE NOT COOKED. One glass of non-black tea a day is generally fine for most people to tolerate. Nuts beans, and grains can be soaked to help remove the acid.

To Avoid Kidney Stones:

Adopting a living food lifestyle is the best way to avoid getting kidney stones because it excludes meat and dairy, soaks all nuts, grains, and seeds, doesn't eat cooked grains, and eats all vegetables and fruits raw, which removes the inorganic oxalic acid problem. To avoid kidney stones, drink enough water, don't let yourself get dehydrated, avoid coffee, chocolate, excess tea, industrial products (like colas and bubbling lemonades), meat and dairy, and eat produce that has not been heated above 118 degrees Fahrenheit, including a lot of melon like watermelon.

Kidney Stones Symptoms:

Lower back pain, and edema can be signs of kidney stones, but most people have no symptoms. That is, not until the first symptom, which is usually extreme pain when a stone suddenly moves in the urinary tract and blocks the flow of urine. At this time there can be a sharp, cramping pain in the back and side in the area of the kidney or in the lower abdomen. Pain can also spread to the groin. If the stone is too large to pass easily, pain may continue as the ureter muscles try and squeeze it down to the bladder, sometimes causing some bleeding, where the urine will then turn pink. As it moves down a person may feel the need to urinate and/or burning. If accompanies by fever or chills, and infection may be present and a doctor needs to be contacted immediately.

There are Several Natural Kidney Stone Treatments :

  • Liquid Zeolite dissolves mineral deposits throughout the body, like kidney stones and parasite nests, painlessly. I recommend this more than anything else! I have had tremendous success it, as have many others.

  • Dr. Hulda Clark's Kidney Cleanse

  • Watermelon Seed Tea and/or Celery Seed Tea.

  • Do a lemonade fast, also known as The Master Cleanser. Combine a lemon, water, cayenne pepper, and honey or raw agave in a blender. Drink throughout the day.

  • Parsley leaf, root, and seed (included in Dr. Clark's Kidney Cleanse Kit above). Can take as a tea, pill or tincture.

  • Vegetable Juice Fasting

  • Water Fasting

  • Watermelon Cleanse where you eat nothing but watermelon all day and bathe as much as possible in a warm bath and urinate into the bath water. Supposed to pull out kidney stones.

One could easily incorporate all of the above, although just the kidney cleanse all by itself is enough. Everyone should do the kidney cleanse. Do not buy the kidney cleanse components just anywhere, as it is very difficult to find safe herbs and supplements not contaminated with solvents..I have provided good links above for them. In addition to the kidney cleanse, it would be great to fast for three days or more on large amounts of the watermelon or celery seed tea, the lemonade, vegetables juices, watermelon, and high quality alkaline water.
