Mail Order Raw Food Delivery

Most of my clients do not have time to make their own raw crackers and snacks to complement their raw food diet.....so I hand make the gourmet treats myself and provide them through mail order, local delivery, or pick up. If picking up, just choose that option at check out in the shopping cart. NO agave is used nor any animal products or GMO soy derivatives. Every ingredient is vegan, organic, and highest quality available. All ingredients are listed.

The only not-truly-raw ingredient is the coconut palm sugar, which is low glycemic and full of minerals. Coconut sugar’s low glycemic index measurement of 35 compares favorably to cane sugar’s 50, and makes coconut sugar one of the lowest GI unprocessed sweeteners on the market. The Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) reports that palm sweeteners (i.e., coconut sugar) are the single most sustainable type of sweetener in the world. Tropical coconut palms are an ecologically beneficial tree crop that grow in diverse, wildlife-supportive agro-ecosystems, restore damaged soils and require little water. Coconut palms (Cocos nucifera) are a more productive plant than sugar cane, producing on average 50%-75% more sugar per acre than cane.

Raw Yam Chips

They are sliced very thinly with a mandolin. Then they are marinated with the following ingredients: olive oil, apple cider vinegar, himalayan salt, coconut palm sugar, and curry powder. Then they are dehydrated until crispy. They taste like real sweet potato chips.
