I have had the same experience with raw. My teeth started to deteriorate after being raw vegan for 3 years. I have only added raw milk and eggs and am trying to get a raw piece of meat in my mouth, it's been a long road. I read a book about healing your teeth and he said a lot of the problem from vegan and raw vegan is that too many nuts and grains are consumed. Even when you soak and sprout them the phytic acid only decreases a small percentage. Almonds were one of the highest in phytic acid, it really suprised me. The two kids I had around the time I was vegetarian have terrible teeth problems. He was saying that eating a lot of sprouted nuts and grains can wreck your health. They should be eaten sparingly. Anyways, I wish I could be healthy on raw vegan, but it's really ruined my digestive system. My cousin is finally noticing her teeth starting to go clear, she is also raw vegan and I've been working on her for a year to add raw milk and eggs. Good luck and pay attention to how you feel. I CANNOT eat cooked meat, it makes my skin break out terribly, so my only option is raw. I also muscle test really well with raw meat. This is just my personal experience.
